Went into Chai Care for a cough. I was registered, had my vitals taken and was being seen by a PA within 12 minutes! That is virtually unheard of in New York City! The PA was extremely knowledgeable and had me on my way with a prescription in hand for cough medication within 7 minutes of walking into the exam room! I hope I never need to go back to urgent care, but if I ever do, Chai Care is where I will go

Upon visiting this urgent care me and my child felt so welcomed by medical provider Yitzy and the assistant who triaged me Destiny, my daughter has autism level 3 and Destiny was very helpful in understanding of my child's diagnosis she did all of her cultures and managed to make her smile ear to ear while under the weather, PA Yitzy diagnosed and treated my little one she was feeling so much better next day mind you this is very important as my child is semi verbal and doesn't open up to many, Thank you so much Destiny for ... read more

Medical provider named destiny who is clearly inexperienced not sure what she’s doing when asking questions that doesn’t understand what she’s saying. A medical assistant should NOT be giving diagnosis. If she doesn’t know she can say she doesn’t know. Gave a diagnosis that contradicted what the doctor on call said and it got me worried for no reason. Avoid this place to avoid the ineptitude of its staff.
