I got there when they opened up and I waited 15 minutes and no receptionist was there. And I made an appointment online and when I went to sign in it says it wasn’t in the system they need to fix their website for appointments
An absolute scam. BEWARE. I came here over a year ago and paid the $50 fee upfront. Now all of a sudden, over a year later—I start getting random emails and texts telling me I owe $50 for my visit. Makes no sense. Why now? Anything I needed to pay, I already took care of. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your time coming here. I just went because I complained of a very sore throat and constant headaches for days. I was only given a Covid test which came back negative. After that, I was told that was it by the nurse. No one checked my vitals or anything. No doctor was even there to see me. I normally never have an issue coming to this place however today was a totally different experience. The staff (women) were good however the doctor they had today on foot was HORRIBLE, I would love to use a few more choice words but I won't.
