In November and was fully insured and I have been getting billed for the same bill for the last eight months. I have sent my billing information by email and over the phone. I have made probably five or six phone calls and this is still not resolved. The level of care was fine, but the billing service is just horrific. I called this morning and again just was told that they would call me back. I guess I have to get an attorney involved.
