EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! me and my 4 year old were very sick. We went here and were seen very quickly along with extremely attentive care and concern by the nurses and doctor. Untop of that they called up until two days after the visit to check on my son and I. Also they called back with lab results. Turned out we had a virus. I will definitely be going back here.
Terrific front desk staff. Berny, the front desk guy, was polite, friendly and helpful. Crystal was thorough and leaved no stone unturned to figure out the right diagnosis. I really felt well taken care of. Love and respect to Chai team. Very highly recommended!
When choosing between Chai Care and my regular physician I usually choose Chai Care because of how caring and thoughtful the communication is with nurses and doctors here. They know I’m a person, not just a means to an end, and treat me as a human being. I very much appreciate this attitude. Thank you for being always so kind.
The receptionist was great, she help me and my sons log in, after that the nurse assistant took our vitals. The doctor came in and took care of us. I am very happy. Plus it empty.
