Nobody was at the front desk. Waited 20 minutes before i started walking around in the clinic to find someone! Come to find out the front desk person was sleeping at the front desk! I will go get my test somewhere else!
Scheduling an appointment was easy. It was also very easy to adjust the schedule online if you wanted to reschedule. This clinic is clean and inviting. The nurse, Terrence, that tested me for COVID was pleasant and quick! I highly recommend this clinic for COVID testing.
The staff is amazing and treated my twins with love and care. They are an amazing team. Please check them out!!!!!
