Terrible
We went there at 8:30pm, we were told that the urgent care was open however they didn’t have a provider on site to see patients!
My boyfriend went here for certain testing. It’s been over a week and no phone call, he can’t log in to the patient portal cause it says user not found, and when he calls they don’t answer. When we go in person it was closed even though online it says it was open. Just incredibly unprofessional and irritating. You took someone’s blood for Christ sakes. Now I’m worried about if they even properly registered him at all. Gonna attempt again today. Smh
Update your summer hours. this location now opens at 2 not 12. If you need X-rays nearby asisa doesn’t do them, oda does
Apparently coming here is the same as going to the pharmacy for over the counter meds. I went with a pull muscle that was so painful, neither ibuprofen or tylenol was working and the medical assistant told me they don’t do more than that there, “just the basic” No muscle relaxant , no corticoids. Very weird Urgent care. Don’t waste your time going there
