I am honestly shaken writing this. I ordered 10 hot coffees and repeatedly asked staff if I should bring thermoses because I was worried about spills—they reassured me multiple times their cups were secure. They were not. The drinks were packed in an unstable way (5 cups in trays meant for 4), and as soon as we left, they started tipping over.
