Almost impossible to qualify for a loan. Their limits state that a home must be under a certain value to qualify, but the number is totally unrealistic given the current market. Very disappointed that what was once a wonderful resource is now blocked you so many in the community.

How do you lose paperwork and state that you are not able to look for it because of many files!! Is that my problem!! NO!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied!! I would never recommend this agency!!
