I recently ordered from Chai Boba Tea Restaurant and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a wrap, fried ravioli stuffed with cheese, and onion rings. However, I didn’t receive the onion rings, which were priced at $11.99. Instead, they substituted crab rangoon without crab – it was just cream cheese – and it cost about five dollars less. Upon entering the establishment, I found that there was no one available at the counter to assist customers. The lack of service was quite surprising. Additionally, I noticed that they were unable to remove boba from the drink, which struck me as odd. Furthermore, the fact that this place is an addition to another establishment adds to the overall strangeness
