While the doctors and nurses are great, excellent care actually, it is the billing practices and front desk procedures that are horrible. You are there for surgery, scared, hungry and you have 6 pages of stuff to sign off on. Then you have to pay for the part up front that your insurance won't pay vs them billing you. So ok you get the bill and you want to pay with HSA, you go to fill out that information on the bill only to notice the huge inconvenience of to pay by credit call our office. Nice.
