Amazing class as always. Allison was very attentive to my daughter for her first visit and made her feel comfortable.
What started as a normal Friday at CrossFit almost ended before it began. During the warm-up, my knee started bothering me and I honestly thought I was going to have to tap out and head home. Coach Will stepped in, worked with me on mobility and stretching, and within minutes I was back under the bar. Allison is a phenomenal instructor!! She has mastered the art of teaching and encouraging participants to maximize their efforts while doing the exercises correctly. Such a great experience and I would definitely recommend it!
