I became a member of Chagrin Falls CrossFit two years ago and my husband joined a year after me. Jenn, Tom, Will, the coaching staff, and the members are all phenomenal and have built such an incredible community. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely wants you to succeed. It’s a great mix of competitiveness if you’re looking for that, but also a great group of people who are just there to work hard and to improve every day. Amazing class as always. Allison was very attentive to my daughter for her first visit and made her feel comfortable.
What started as a normal Friday at CrossFit almost ended before it began. During the warm-up, my knee started bothering me and I honestly thought I was going to have to tap out and head home. Coach Will stepped in, worked with me on mobility and stretching, and within minutes I was back under the bar.
