Not good experience - tooth scaling machine was painful and inadequate suctioning during cleaning, filling was done sloppy with a gap under where particles get stuck now, overly aggressive prompting for treatments such as fluoride for adults at every visit, and questionable suggestive selling of replacement of earlier fillings, and even when you have established your direct billing they always ask you to pay up front and submit even though approved by insurer for 90% so it is time to keep searching for a good dentist. Highly recommend this dental clinic! Dr. Hwang is an amazing dentist. He explained everything patiently and listed reasonable treatment options with pros/cons. Very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. Front office staff are also very kind and welcoming. Really felt like I was under a good care throughout my visit!
I'm typically not someone who looks forward to going to the dentist, but this office has changed that for me. Dr. Choi is professional and takes the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciate. The staff overall are very friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience from start to finish. I also love that they use warm water during dental cleanings — such a thoughtful touch that makes the whole experience much more comfortable. Highly recommend!
