Paula and the team at Chaffin have been amazing to work with. As soon as I showed interest in renting a property they helped me every step of the way! They check in frequently to make sure all our needs our met and are always available when needed. The couple maintence requests submitted were complete ASAP and we have had no issues! My husband and I were a bit nervous about hiring a property management company. From the moment I communicated with Paula, I felt we could trust their services. The communication has been awesome, we had our home rented within a few days, and since our tenants moved in, it has been smooth. We are so thankful to have this wonderful service as we feel valued and our home is in good hands.
Chaffin was pretty good to my family and I. Any and I mean ANY maintenance issues we had they were on top of it within hours! I dealt mostly with a lady named Jessica and a lady named Paula and both were amazing with communication. Yes, they don’t answer calls but emails and text were never ignored! If it wasnt because of a major medical emergency with my mother in law we would’ve kept living here! Thank you again to all of Chaffins staff!
