The quality of work that Chaffee’s pools stands behind is awesome. I had my pool built by Chaffee’s almost 10 years ago I stand behind there work because of the quality of materials they use and the great man and woman’s they have working for them, they do not cut corners and there customer service is awesome. I still call them today for my seasonal opening and closing. There show room store makes me do it again and build another pool or install a spa hot tub. Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life!! DO NOT HIRE!! I have been using them for 3 years. 2 years ago they did not follow my directions and drained my pool which I requested them not to. Manager called me and made right by it. Then the following season they called and asked me for cc info as they were switching to automatic payments. I provided that, then they did not take payment as they were supposed to and instead billed me and said I was late on payment. This year. They were not answering my call... read more
Clarifying: this review has nothing to do with your refusal of service to my parents. That is well within your rights and I genuinely respect that right. But your appointment wasn’t with my parents, it was with me (I had a very pleasant experience with your staff last year). If you don’t want to do business with me either, that’s absolutely fine. There is considerable lack of follow up and follow through with this company. We’ve spent way too much money on a pool and a hot tub with Chaffee’s only to have them not show up for a pool closure appointment and not respond to email, text, voicemails when inquiring when our loose pavers will be fixed and when our new tarp will be delivered which was promised to us last year.
