I have been having a lot of trouble with my salt water pool lately with cloudy or green water and not registering any free chlorine. I’ve been to other pool stores and nothing they have told me to do works. I got a recommendation to go to Chaffee’s and they were amazing. One thing they told me that others didn’t was that my phosphate levels were way too high. I went home and put the phosphate down in and my pool cleared right up. Chaffee’s service was great and efficient. As a new homeowner, I was lost on how to operate our salt water pool. Sal and his team opened our pool for the season, and explained everything to my significant other and I. Sal answered our endless questions with ease and clarity. We’ve been enjoying our pool this summer season with many thanks to Chaffee’s! I definitely recommend their service!
