Share the 'Care' ! – Called Chaffee to set up an appointment for foot pain. The receptionist was very helpful! I was able to schedule an appoinment the same day, He took my insurance information over the phone, and I was able to pull up the required paper work for the visit off their website. When I walked into the office I was able to be seen right away without much of a wait at all... that in itself was huge! The MA who called me back was very thorough and really nice. Talk about good service – I was impressed right away when I called and immediately got to speak with a live person. This doesn't happen very often. They were able to get me scheduled very quickly, and accommodated my request to work around my schedule. The doctor I saw was new, but super nice and I felt very confident with the care that I received. I will definately be going to them whenever I need a doctor.
Great clinic and staff – I had a great experience with Chaffee Family Physicians. The staff was friendly and warm. I stopped by for a checkup before traveling abroad. The staff was very knowledgeable about what shots I needed in which country. I liked the location tucked away within the highlands/sunnyside area. If your looking for a family clinic very close to the heart of Denver, I would highly recommend Chaffee Family.
Don't come here for your health.... – The Doctors here are rude. They are not helpful in finding methods to deal with your issues other than pills. You are made to feel as though you and your concerns are not important. They are not good at referrals and the customer service is totally lacking. The receptionist does not understand the billing procedure and has caused many problems ending in having to take the time to submit your own claims. Save yourself some time and money DON'T USE THESE DOCTORS.
