I want to thank all the staff at chaf property for the excellent job they have given me at Breezeway villa. I can text the office and they return to my response very quickly. The maintenance department is on it my problem are resolved within a day or two. I am so please with the staff. I am happy that I am heard and they response quickly. Always keeping in touch with me to make sure everything Is good. Very lovely place to live. Quick and peaceful.
Great staff that has a passion for helping. They get things done fast and are gentle and caring. It’s like they are sent from God himself to house people.
I would like to give a special thanks to Melissa the property manager for Sandpebble apartments when I was living there for 2 to 3 years. Still until this day she’s been very good help and very resourceful. CHAF properties was very understanding and patient with me during my years there. Great place to rent.
