Dr Chae is the best doctor, not only is he knowledgeable in his field but he is very kind and caring.I’ve been going to him for years now and would always put my trust in him. He does not return phone calls.
He was on call when my family member was really sick in JFK hospital. He refused to see them leaving this person in pain without proper care until the next on call doctor came in.
Smart professional dr
This physician is not only superb as a GI but he is a kind, caring, respectful and patient human being. He is well respected by his colleagues but very much loved by his patients. He is excellent at his profession and has helped any number of my friends and colleagues. I have never heard anything but glowing reports from anyone who is or has been his patient.
I did a preventive colon screening per insurance policy after 50 years old. I had no any issues and was told from insurance it's fully covered. But this doctor sent out bills for various excuses after screening. I'll definitely not go to this doctor anymore.
the receptionist forgot my appointment, I have waited more than 30 minutes in the parking lot. Called again, she said they were real backed up, asked me hold for another couple minutes.. When I walked in, found the waiting room's empty. There is no greeting, no apology, got some attitude in this receptionist. Never recommend Dr Chae to my family & friends.
