Recently had a problem with a rental house sewer line. It was a huge mess of a problem due to old cast iron sewer lines. Chadwick got us fixed up right and got on the job in a hurry and priced very right. I highly recommend these guys.
New to the area so we asked around for a plumber. These guys worked us into the schedule and showed up early. They took the time to explain what they needed to do and also the cost. There was a bunch of maybes, just straight forward answers.
When I called Chadwick the first time I spoke with a nice gentleman regarding ditchless main line repair and he said to call him back in 10 days . On the 10th day I called back and spoke the father and he said he would have his son return my call. After one week of not hearing from them I called again and spoke with the dad again. He said that his son was having some health issues however he was surprised that his son did not ever call me back. Very nice and knowledgeable guy. He was able to fix my problem in just a few minutes. I will definitely be using them for any other plumbing problems I have in the future.
Had a wet line from laundry and bathrooms backing up. Called and scheduled appointment but they are behind because of weather. good plumbers but I don't understand the 27/7 service when they can't get to you. Anyway, bought a line kit that uses your pressure washer and fixed the problem myself. Oh, they are very expensive!
