Absolutely terrible parts department never call back never return your calls called several times never get a answer or call back faster to source parts yourself
Sales staff friendly, parts department is not reliable and do not return phone calls

Ordered a part to be shipped overnight. 3 days later, it still hasn't arrived. Asked to cancel order as i don't needed it now or to waive the overnight shipping charge at the least and was told they can't cancel or wave the shipping charge.
