*this review is only for the parts dept* Great communication from the parts team (Matt) knew what parts were needed & even sent a whole diagram encase we needed other parts for the damaged door , he is very knowledgeable and quick responses through email. we received broken glass and got a new one shipped the next day, thank you for making the process & first time buying experience nice and easy for us. (Thank you from Prima Glass Merrimack, NH) Would definitely recommend this company if you ever need parts.
Company drove into and across two lanes impeding traffic twice in less than a quarter mile stretch with an oversized load attached. This company should retrain their drivers on rules of the road when pulling out into oncoming traffic especially when making very wide turns. Oversized loads do not automatically give you the right of way on the road. Possibly consider police help if traffic needs to be impeded.
