I have been living at Chadwick for 1.5 years. There are alot of positives such as the rent based on 30percent of income, it is a community so you can get support from neighbors, it is clean and i love my apartment plus i have a storage unit. There are some pros. The manager can be very good but there is no assigned parking and that is a big issue and a point of dissent as long term residents are used to parking in a certain spot so if you park there it will cause bad feelings. Very nice community feel. Well kept and quiet atmosphere. Clean halls and friendly neighbors with secured entrance.
The neighbors are very nosey and cliquey.
