I personally had a great relationship with Dr. Chadwell for over ten years, but her assistant/receptionist is so very rude and full of herself. I couldn't do it anymore. And they could not seem to keep billing statements/labeling of charges straight amongst family members.
Dr.Amy Chadwell looks you in the eye when she talks to you and answers any questions you may have.Its been a learning curve for me as she has told me dental problems that others haven't.The whole office has a very pleasant atmosphere which is very calming.She has a top notch staff that are supportive in your own personal dental health. I have already told others about my experience here as I finally feel a found a place that Really Cares!
