I had Steve come out to give me a quote. When he called to follow up, I thanked him for his quote and politely explained why I chose to go with a different company. He then became quite aggressive, accused me of "splitting hairs" and said he had already booked an installer - when I had not even accepted the quote. Feeling upset and traumatised by this experience. You can't bully your customers into accepting your quote!
Excellent experience in store with Jovan and Max. Not pushy - extremely knowledgeable. Can’t recommend them enough.
Friendly, knowledgeable and non pushy. Some months ago we bought hybrid flooring and had great advice about self laying from Jovan. We saw Jovan again recently when we wanted to carpet two bedrooms and are very happy with the deal as well as the quality of the carpet. Our carpet layer was very friendly, very efficient and has an eye for detail. (Ex chef professionalism) Good job.
The rudest employees, clearly having paying customers is an inconvenience to them. Called to confirm our measure after selecting carpet and underlay in store weeks prior. They had no record of which carpet we had selected and said it was up to the customer to take a photo of the carpet and not their responsibility to note it down. Will not be getting carpet from such rude people with zero phone etiquette.
