Meet the Business Owner Chad L. Business Owner We are a family based bbq catering/food truck. Traveled all over to try different styles of bbq and Southern cuisine. We took what we learned and added a NW touch using local wood to smoke such as Cherry and Applewood.

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I go to many restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The crew is very amicable and the food they offer is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent meal in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.
Love Chads barbeque. I get it whenever I know they are open. Definitely worth picking up if you see it.
Some very good pulled pork and I'm from the south!! Lol
