On the recommendation from a family member who worked with him for a bathroom Reno, I consulted with Chad 2 times. The first was prospective about a possible renovation we didn't move forward with (we moved into a larger house instead), and the second time was to do some remodeling of the kitchen/utility/dining area of the house we purchased. Chad has done several projects on our townhouse and as an Architect, I find his work to be first rate. I would (and have) recommend(ed) Chad’s Renovations for any residential or commercial renovation or remodeling project that fit the scale of project allowed by his contractor’s license.

Several months to complete job / total cluster-f. Insurance job - he (Chad) & Michelle (cohort) wanted to trade off additional work desired (by me) w the redoing of my concrete flooring. “Insurance company will never know”, no ethics, poor work, elder senior female constantly bullied by Chad & his coworker, Michelle. Chad was very professional and very kind, explaining things to me, I will give him and his crew doble the stars if I could, his crew were awsome,funny thing, they all listen to the same music, also very professional and very happy,they beat the professional cleaning people, left my yard cleaner than I had it!
