I LOVE my remodel. It’s exactly what I hoped for. Everyone at Chad’s is top notch - from the designer who created my vision, to the project manager, carpenter and contractors who brought the vision to reality. Office personnel was also kind and helpful. Chad’s is not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for! I highly recommend. My new spaces bring me joy. 🤩🩷
We hired Chads Design Build to renovate our attic into a usable finished living space. We ended up turning it into a primary bedroom. The size and scope of the project was larger than anything we had ever done. The project required structural engineering, multiple subcontractors and even some sweat equity. This most recent project is the second at our home by Chad and the team, and the main reason for engaging them again is that I know I can depend on their high standards of professionalism and exceptional quality of work! From the initial meeting, the project (kitchen remodel and adding full bath) went smoothly. I found the team to be very professional and the communication excellent. Their work and product was better than I had imagined, with the designer being very helpful with great ideas. Other members of the team- project manager, carpenters and all of the trades were efficient and friendly which made the process much less cumbersome and less stressful.
