I just want to give a quick shout out to Chad's Collision Center for the best customer service I have ever received! QUIT bringing your vehicles to dealership collision centers, people! I received an update call at minimum once a week, and had ALL of my nit-picky questions answered. Roxanne (my car) looks beautiful, and has received the care she deserves. Our family has repeatedly used Chad's and will never look elsewhere! I wish I could give this man and his beautiful wife more than five stars!

I highly recommend Chad’s Collision Center! Impeccable 5 star service, excellent communication, perfect repair and paint job. Thoroughly cleaned my truck inside and out prior to pick up.
I just got my truck back from Chad's and the whole experience was great. The work was done quickly and it looks like new. My truck came back cleaner (inside and out) and better smelling than when I left it with them. After I filed my claim with the insurance company, Chad's even dealt with them throughout the process so I never had to talk to the insurance agent again. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.
You won’t find anywhere better around town! The staff was amazing.. they were friendly & fast, efficient, & the prices are the best that I’ve ever seen. If you want to be treated like family & not just a number, then give them a call NOW!
I took my car to Chad’s Collision Center after a minor accident that caused major damage. I didn’t have an appointment but he came right out and gave me an idea of what I was looking at. Ashley was also very kind and kept in touch with frequent updates, so I never had to wonder how things were going or when I would be getting it back.
