Dr. Cross saved my life multiple times in 2019 (Palos Hospital). The kindness, and care he has is exceptional. I had complications again in 2023 due to blood clots in my heart, and I requested him specifically for my procedure, and felt an immediate relief knowing he was on my case and in the OR. I was there (Christ Hospital) for 21 days. He was checking on me constantly, keeping me and my family in the loop at all times. Dr. Cross was God sent. He performed my open heart surgery at Christ Medical Center on March 4th. I am forever grateful. It has only been 4 months and I'm still healing but I will never forget what he did for me. Thank you so much. May God continue to bless those hands that help so many patients out here like myself.
This doctor along with Dr Phillip Alexander left us waiting 11 hours after my husbands surgery without a word reassuring us that surgery went well. He never even came in to talk to us. What kind of surgeon does this? He never talked to my husband or me prior to surgery. My husband was already in ICU before his nurse FINALLY told us after we chased her down. Sad!!
He did an amazing job explaining the surgery with us and being very patient with all of our questions, putting us more at ease. Highly recommend!
Dr. Cross was great. He spent time with my husband and I. He and his team did an excellent job during the scariest time in our lives. A 5 star review is nothing compared to the excellent care we have received. Thank you from the bottom of Mr Bailey's beating heart.
