Poor quality built houses, pretty from outside but lots of problems on the inside including plumbing issues, roof leaks, window leaks and poor fit and finish overall. Also they try to not honor the 1 year warranty as much as possible. Lots of people in the community having problems with their homes from this builder. Avoid these guys.. I do not recommend.
I love my Chardmar home. The quality of construction and details of design makes me house proud.
If you are planning to buy a house that Chadmar built or will build, think twice. We bought the house in September 2021 that Chadmar built. House looks really good from out side but the quality is sooo bad. I talked to other people who purchased the house in same community from Chadmar and they all told me the same thing.
