I love living at Chaddwell. I have been here since 2019 and I am as happy now as then. I love the office staff. The maintenance staff is terrific. A phone call is all that is needed and the response time is very good. The grounds are well-maintained.
My girlfriend and I recently moved to Chadwell Apartments, and we’ve had a great experience so far. This is the second apartment complex we’ve lived in under Hankin, and we've been happy with both. The management team here has always been very friendly and helpful, and they’re quick to respond whenever we have any questions or need assistance. Chadwell is a very quiet and safe community that I now call home. It is convenient to every form of shopping available. This includes department stores, grocery stores, drug stores, and medical facilities. My neighbors are wonderful. Maintenance calls are addressed promptly. I plan to be here for a number of years. I have always owned my own home, and Chaddwell is the next best thing. You are looking for an apartment complex that is warm and inviting, I highly recommend Chaddwell. .
Chaddwell Apartments is a place a feel comfortable calling home for my 2nd year. The Chaddwell Team Members Provide A+ ATTENTION when a question, problem, or simple communication is needed. If you want to live in a place where you can’t even open your windows on a near daily basis without hearing children screaming and yelling, this is the place for you. If you want to live in an actual “peaceful and quiet” community look elsewhere. It’s truly ridiculous how we have to put up with this when some years ago noise was never an issue. I don’t want to pay to live in a stressful environment having to hear so much screaming and yelling.
