As a doc myself with 39 years of prior patient practice experience under my belt, I am well acquainted with excellent technically competent docs that also possess exemplary patient skills, as well and Dr. Chad fits in this profile.
The responsiveness of this office is appallingly terrible. The health system uses some goofy third-party phone answering service rather than letting you call in directly to the Dr.'s office. Communication is the worst I have experienced, and that is saying a lot as I was in the military. My experience includes waiting on a return phone call from the office for over a week.
Dr Yucus is everything you would want in a Dr caring for a patient with Alzheimer's. He and his team are so kind and understanding and incredibly responsive to all of our needs. So thankful to have found him.
