Checkin/check out staff were pleasant and helpful. Zach was very nice and attentive and Dr Parkes was friendly, pleasant and took time to listen to me and didn’t brush me or my pain off. I am beyond happy with this team! 5 plus stars! Thanks for all you do!
Dr. Parkes.has excellent.surgical and communication skills. The wound looks great and healing well the plan of care was explained clearly. Such a pleasure dealing with a doctor that really cares about the patient. As a retired.nurse, he.gets A+++. Zach his tech was great. Ladies at the front desk were.professional as well. Recommending Dr Parkes and Cary Orthopedics, Holly Springs to all my friends.
Dr. Parkes was friendly, caring and listened to my concerns. He took time to explain my diagnosis was and what first steps, second steps and third steps would be if I didn’t get better. A lot of physicians don’t do that. Parking lot is challenging and front desk could smile more, but all of the clinicians were fantastic. Highly recommend Dr. Parkes.
Dr Parkes is excellent!! He makes the visit easy. If I need a surgery I will feel totally comfortable.
