Developed a friendship with Chad during our search for a home. Chad figured out after looking at a few homes what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction. He did several facetime walk-throughs leading up to our purchase, and after our offer was accepted, he coordinated the settlement, introduced us to our mortgage broker and insurance agent.
