Bad customer service. Very disappointed! I hired them to put wall brackets in my closet. Two days later it fell. I called to replace the job. They said they’d have to charge me again. I paid $250 for the first time and wants me to pay another $250 which is minimum.
With Chad the word "service" truly describes his business. He arrives on time and stays on the job until he is satisfied that it is completed to his exacting standards. He is knowledgeable about all kinds of home repair needs. He is personable and flexible when you want to add something to the "to-do" list you have already given him. Chad takes pride in his work and he takes care of his customers. I would certainly use him again!
