I don't know what to say here. I called last week. Said he was out til next week. THat's fine. I waited a week and left VMs and texts. He's just non-responsive. I don't get what's up. I moved on.

He came the next day and fixed my problem.very reasonable and fast

I contact this person a week ago he came to my site as he promise, measure what needs to be major, and then he said he will come in next day and never come back, he gave me multiple excuse to stall me and then stop answer the calls. He have me waiting on him for five days that I could finish my project..

I called Chad to come replace a broken GFI outlet in my kitchen and to replace some HVAC duct under my house. He came exactly when he said he would, showed up in a nice looking clean vehicle, brought all the parts he needed including extras to be sure he wouldn't have to leave to go to the store. The GFI was fixed in 15 minutes, and Chad was happy to let my son "help" him by holding a flashlight and answered all of his questions. He did an excellent job fixing the duct under the house, finished exactly when he said he would.... read more
