Dr. Smith is an extremely kind, humble, funny, and takes the patients health very seriously. Yes the wait times can be a little longer than anticipated, but this is be expected at ANY office visit with any provider. There are signs posted at the front on a skeleton that even says the wait times can possible be longer than expected as Dr. Smith is making sure that every patient is getting the treatment and information they need. Dr Smith is a really good doctor. He is caring detail oriented and a loving doctor but he has to replace the lady in the front kiosk. She literally asked me to hold the call and then hang up on me! The way she behaves is like you feel some negative energy! Because of this I cancelled my visit!
I've had both wrist carpal tunnel surgeries, both knees partial knee replacement, nerve release right arm and having surgery on my right elbow in 2 weeks. Dr Chad is the most caring Doctor. He prayed with me before my surgeries and he explains everything in great detail so you can understand what he is doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Paula R Davis
