Chad was an absolute delight to work with when we purchased our first home. We had no clue what to expect from the process but Chad helped us the entire way. He listened well to the things that we liked and disliked with each house that we looked at. He did such a thorough job that the house we did end up buying was one that he had found for us. Chad helped us buy our dream home from across the country! He listened to what we wanted, gave us options, and even did a video walkthrough for us before we put in an offer. I've had the pleasure of buying not one, but TWO houses with Chad—so clearly, I'm a repeat customer for a reason! Chad is like a real estate wizard: full of knowledge, always on point with communication, and somehow makes all the stressful stuff seem easy.
