We first met Chad a couple of years and looked at some houses with him. We chose not to buy at that time. We reconnected with Chad recently and he was able to put us in the house of our dreams. This required a lot of communication and searching for what was right for us. Chad exceeded our expectations with his kindness, professionalism, patience, and overall willingness to go the extra mile. An all around professional. Nothing but thanks and kind words for Chad!
