I went to make sure my hip was ok from where i fell on it i had it replaced in 2012
Dr Scarola and the staff at Kootenai Clinc have always been courteous and helpful to me when I have visited. I consider myself fortunate to be a patient of Dr Scarola. Getting out at all is an ordeal for me, but visiting Kootenai Clinic has always been a good experience, and they have been very helpful to me over the years. I'd recommend them to any and all.
Thorough, listened, follow through, had a full plan for my medical care. I was very impressed. I was happy I waited the months it took to get in to see him. I am glad I read the reviews and did not get impatient with the long wait time to get into his office. If you are looking for a doctor and a clinic that will see you when you need to be seen; listen to you!! Then this is the doctor and facility.
Listens and never rushes you....
As usual, Dr Scarola was, on time, attentive, thorough in his explanation of my condition and included all my concerns in the treatment planning. Dr. Scarola is a wonderful physician. Not only is he knowledgeable and caring, he listens to questions and answers in words that are easy to understand. He's a quality human being!
He takes the time to listen to your concerns. He then applies his practical medical experiences to develop a strategy for your concern. He involves you in the actions to be taken. Outstanding doctor and I highly recommend him and his staff.
