Chad represented a north Idaho home builder during our real-estate transaction so we worked with Chad on numerous occasions. Chad was very personable and was knowledgeable of real estate questions we had. I would highly recommend him for your real estate needs, but if the transaction involves this builder I would avoid a purchase not because of Chad but because of the builder as a seller of the home. Chad attempted to assist with issues we had so he will have your interests in mind if he represents you as well.

Terrible. Not responsive at all. Never returns calls or messages. In a time when there are more realtors than houses for sale you think they would try to win your business over. Not Chad.
Chad is a great realtor and a professional. I would recommend him anytime.
