I would give 0 if I could. I have had severe back pain and was referred to a spinal surgeon after having a mri that my chiropractor and primary said needed surgery to fix or it would keep causing more pain. I went to see this dr and he completely disregarded my concerns, blamed this on me being recently pregnant, and said “everyone has back pain, how you work through it is on you”. Dismissive. Surprised since we were patients in the past.
I informed Dr. Chad Patton that I have been having thoracic pain that radiates to my right rhomboid muscle for 2 years, I have done all of the conservative treatments, none of the pain medications for muscle or inflammation helps with my pain. I have had two epidural injections from pain management which didn’t give me any relief. I informed him that Gabapentin and wearing a back brace helps relieve some of the pain. Dr. Chad M Patton has Wonderful bedside manner and a very skilled surgeon! You can see that he loves what he does for people. My mother has been suffering severe back/nerve pain for 6 months and will finally be able to walk straight and pain free. Highly recommend Dr Patton at Luminus Health Anne Arundel Medical.
Dr. Patton and his staff were very caring and professional. I received wonderful care before, during and after my spine surgery. I would recommend Dr. Patton to anyone needing spine surgery.
