We relocated over the summer from out of state and saw Dr. Nevola for the first time today. He was friendly, thorough, respectful and made my 11 year old daughter and I extremely comfortable. She is afraid of shots but he did not allow her to drag it out and just gave both shots very quickly. I was extremely impressed and glad we got a great new pediatrician on our first try.
We have been patients of Dr Nevola for six years and have tolerated his aloof, rude, uncaring and frequently turned over staff the entire time because he was a thorough physician.Our child takes medication for ADHD.I have been an RN for 36 years so I fully comprehend the protocols and procedures for prescribing and refilling scheduled medications.I also know how important these medications are for children to be able to function and learn.We are diligent about bringing our child in not only for wellness checks but also for t... read more
He refuses to see all of his patients and would not see my baby. My baby had a fever and felt sick and tested negative for covid as he previously had it a month prior but he would NOT see him in person only telehealth. This is the worst health care I’ve seen for children yet. I would not recommend him to anyone. He just wants telehealth and does no exams on his patients.
He is supposed to be the "on call Dr." for my doctor's office over the weekend. But he won't see my 6 year old for a possible UTI. After waiting over 2 hours for a call back. He only wants to do a virtual visit! How is that going to help? My son has a negative at home test and had a positive PCR test less than 3 months ago. He doesn't have Covid again! He's scamming people for teleheath visits. If you listen to his voicemail it says any advice given will be charged a sick visit and a copay and out-of-pocket cost. $$$. If you... read more

Dr. Nevola has been our pediatrician to now 4 children for almost 10 years. He has the most amazing bedside manner, listens, and has caught issues with our disabled child that specialists have missed. He has been an absolute godsend during some very trying times for my family. Very blessed to have such a wonderful pediatrician.
Great Doctor
I send my daughter to Dr. Nevola and as a first time mom to a girl, I wasn't keen on having a male doctor but after meeting him and bringing her to him for over a year I have no question he was a great choice. He has been amazing, attentive and quick to respond through the online portal with any questions I may have. He helps reassure me of what I'm doing right for my toddler and what I can be doing better in the most passive way and his interactions with my daughter are wonderful and kind!
