Dr. Griffith completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota. Board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, he also received the OREF Clinic Research Award in 2013 for his topic on “Improving Outcomes for Posterolateral Knee Injuries.” Dr. Griffith joined our clinic in 2015.

In April I had a total shoulder replacement surgery. Dr Myeroff and his team from the start, were professional, very detailed and answered all my questions. I knew that I was in good hands moving forward. The procedure went as planned on the day of the surgery. Saved my arm, I can now perform once again at full capacity work and weight lifting. Without Doctor Myeroff I'd have my bicep still completely torn and never able to work well or lift weights.
Needing work done on both shoulders, I decided to go to Tria Woodbury to get a consult. That’s where I met Dr Myeroff and his fantastic team! They prepared me for the long road ahead. From Dr Myeroff’s informational videos, to the on-site physical therapy, I knew I picked the right surgeon and staff for my shoulder repairs. And my outcome: I went from barely being able to lift my arms to now having near full range of motion…and I’m golfing tomorrow! Thanks so much Dr Myeroff!!
Dr. Myeroff completed shoulder reversal surgery on my Mom in 2024 and then completed the other shoulder in 2025! Both surgeries were done beautifully; my Mom experienced almost no pain and has a new freedom of movement and quality of life relief. Did I mention my Mom is 92 years old and had never had surgery? What a great experience. The surrounding staff was amazing too...special shout out to our fave P.A. Brianna!
