Extremely disappointed with my experience at NEG Orthopedics. My appointment was scheduled for 10:05 AM, and my husband and I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes without ever being called back. We finally decided to cancel the appointment and walk out. What made the experience even worse was the woman working the check-in desk on the right side. She was extremely hateful and unfriendly. I was fully prepared to give Dr. Muxlow 5 stars. That is until I found out he and his nurses were all making fun of my wife behind a closed door because she has a very bad shoulder injury. Apparently that makes her a "crybaby". In the spirit of professionalism, Dr. Muxlow, maybe you and your staff should treat your patients the same in the room as you would outside it. Dr. Muxlow operated on my shoulder and did a great job. That was a few years ago but now he has operated on my husband, and replaced his shoulder joint. Very impressed with him and his professionalism. Great job on both of our shoulders.
