I made a appointment with Dr. Chad Matone. Back in 2019- 2020? I made a appointment for dentures. Tracy Moss took over real quick. Tried to change my mind. Pulled a marketing twist on me. I realized years later, if I get dentures? I am no longer a money patient!! I now know, I should not have went there or listened to her! I got their little expensive veneers. A total waste of money! Chad matone is an amazing dentist, and one of the nicest guys you will meet
I am a previous patient with Dr. Matone. Dr. Matone was fantastic. I called today April 8, 2022 and spoke with Tracy Moss. I don't know if she was having a bad day, she was very rude to me. She would not let me speak. I am very disappointed. I have different Insurance now. I am unemployed and she was very rude and said to me that the working world Insurance is different. Dr. Matone is an excellent and caring dentist. Helping his patients is his top priority. You enjoy having conversation with him, he is a very good story teller.
