When Chad helped us buy our home, we ended up recovering his whole fee in negotiations with the seller. from home repairs to other aspects i didn't even realize were negotiable. I highly recommend Chad and will utilize his talents in all future transactions.
Chad did an excellent job in representing us in the sale of our home. Using his past experience in appraising we were able to get a higher price than other realtors had suggested. Making the decision to move after 19 years was certainly not an easy one. Chad had was very knowledgeable and extremely patient in showing us loads of houses and answering tons of questions. I will recommend Chad again and again, he was incredible!
Rude rude rude! Many years ago I came out of the Social Security Admin's office directly next door to Markel. I was applying for a new card because my wallet had been stolen. I had just realized that it was a half day at my daughter's school -- she was in 1st grade -- and that she must be sitting outside waiting for me.
