Literally the best hair studio I’ve ever been to! As a Latina with a lot of long, thick hair, getting my hair done is no easy task, but everyone at Chadam has been incredible from start to finish. First time I've visited a salon with so much attention and amazing service. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a menu for complimentary refreshments. I chose a vanilla iced latte. They brought it to me with some snacks to pair and throughout my service were very attentive to offering me more. I intentionally waited a full week before writing this review because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t reacting purely out of emotion. I went to this salon hoping to refresh my look, but instead I came home with one of the worst hair experiences I’ve ever had. I've been coming here since grand opening in 2023 and the quality of service has only improved since. The whole team at Chadam makes you feel at home when you're there and confident when you walk out. All of the stylists there are very skilled. I usually mainly sit with Adam but whenever there's a schedule conflict I can always rely on Amy and Tina to get the job done with the same quality.
