Chad got our house sold!! We needed to move to Charleston, SC and had a narrow timeline it needed to happen in. While our house was beautiful and modern, it was a challenge in its location and proximity to Nashville proper. Chad was at every open house and inevitably got it under contract in a reasonable period of time. He kept us updated on inspections and details, often before we even thought to ask.
