There are several things I like about the office. It is usually relatively easy to get an appointment when in a reasonable amount of time. Dental emergencies have been prioritized well. Once in the door, I rarely wait more than 2-3 minutes. I appreciate the calls later in the day after my kids have had teeth extracted or other procedures. The whole staff is warm and caring.
In my opinion, he really cares about his patients. He takes time to explain what is needed to be done or not done, so you understand. I get prompt appts that fit my schedule. Once in there i get in, get my teeth cleaned or have a procedure done. If I've had a procedure done, his called me later that night to see how I'm doing. His been my family dentist for years. I've referred patients to him, that kept him as their dentist.
