Dr Kessler is nice, very knowledgeable, and helpful. The staff was wonderful as well.
Dr Kessler has a great bedside manner, listening attentively to my concerns issues. Offered solutions for my issues as well as referred me out to a possible fix of post op basil cell mohr procedure that left me scarred and collapsed cartilage. So thankful for a doctor that is Professional and Proactive! Staff was efficient and welcoming .
I been to 4 other doctors and have been coughing since Thanksgiving. It is February 10 and I have the same cough. The other 4 dr visits didn't yield anything!! Meanwhile I'm still coughing my lungs. The other 4 doctors said no infection or pneumonia, even had 2 X-rays performed. I came today to visit Dr.Kessler and he did a thorough exam even adding CT scan that revealed sinusitis. He prescribed me the right meds and I'll let you know in two weeks! But right, if I could give a 7 out of 5 I would!
I was most impressed with Dr. Kessler. His "bedside manor", professionalism and knowledge were all impressive. I think his diagnosis and action plan going forward were both spot on. I look forward to a positive conclusion to my issue with Dr. Kessler.
If you have ANY issue with sinuses / septum Dr. Kessler is your man. Assessment was spot on and recommendations for fixing straight forward and successful. He and his staff are very caring and if you follow his script you will benefit and be better off. Service impeccable!
